Zombie Performance and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Zombie Performance believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Zombie Performance and its subsidiaries.

     



  • Consumer Agreement
  • All orders received through www.zombieperformance.com or through an emailed invoice are considered a contract of labor.
    All orders are considered "custom" and built to the purchasers chosen specifications. 
    All sales are final on any order that has started the production process. 
    There are no returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on emailed invoice orders or orders processed through the webstore.
    Custom orders are estimated to take an average of 1-4 weeks to complete. Lead times may vary depending on the order being placed and the work load of the shop.
    Any orders with a desired or required completion date MUST be arranged prior to order placement.
    All orders will ship upon completion. 
    Zombie Performance is NOT responsible for shipping delays, or shipping damages.
    It is the purchasers responsibility to provided an accurate shipping address.
    Zombie Performance is NOT responsible for any fitment or installation issues.
    It is the customer/s responsibility to provide and confirm all specifications prior to order placement. 
    It is the purchasers responsibility to provide, install, and confirm adequate and safe mounting methods. 
    By paying a custom order invoice or placing an order through the webstore you hereby agree to these terms of service and to Indemnify and hold harmless Zombie Performance, its owners, members and affiliate’s.
